What is reciprocal advertising?
How would you describe it? What does regulate this practice?

According to the Business dictionnary, reciprocal advertising is the "exchange of an advertiser's goods or services (such as appliances or hotel rooms) to pay for the services of an advertising agency or medium."
In clear it does not designate an exchange of advertising only, but any goods against advertising. It needs to be declared as such - it may lead to taxe fraud, depending local taxes regulations ...
