To my opinion, Brexit Impact on IT strategies could be huge:

By getting out of EU law, UK will isolate itself. Therefore, the influence of French Law and Civil Law will increase.

Specifically, Civil Law rules on IT are costless and more effective than Common Law rules. Therefore, corporate IT strategies should modify to increase its registrations under French ans CIvil Code laws.

To all my British palls, My company offers a good standing of legal representation.

Feel free to ask.

Sincerely yours,

IT stands for Information Technology.

As soon as large companies in EU are widely implemented in most countries, especially UK, the Brexit will for sure have an impact on their IT strategy. It will impact all of their strategies of course, but I'm interested in the specific impact on how those relates to IT. Information technology is in the center of any organization, and is a structuring factor for business. For this reason, any change in business will impact this field in a way or in another.
