A new concept - In Comment Advertising
Explanation of Fatah IN-Comment Advertising:
Say for example, you are out for buying for buying an apartment at The Company or an watch at a watch shop. So after the negotiation about the product, you have bought the apartment or the watch and after that you can tell a bit to the buyer about one of your opportunities in brief. The Apartment company man or the watch seller from whom you just bought will be at least listen to your product description or anything you say to him after your purchase is done.
So keeping the above paragraph in mind, you are in to another's Press Release or Blog. So after the comments related about that Blog or PR you can add the Advertisements of a link title (not link) of your PR or Blog.
"In the comments area XYZ commented, "Wow Fatah, Really I needed this info about O2 Concentrator, Many thanks for sharing.

I personaly voted -1.
I explain : this is not what I would call an innovative idea : since the beginning of the Web community (before 2000) it has been considered as a common practice that what you proposed is not admitted because mixing useful comment and advertising.
So, I suggest you create yourself thoughful content that you can SEO-optimize, and, eventually participate to some discussions on the subject, give some info there and specify that you wrote a post about it, then give your link. Of course you would have set somewhere in the target page, your advertising message).
You need to bring something to the community before you propose entering a purchase process.
This is already an accepted blogging behaviour.
Anyway, nothing new, sorry.
