As a startup entrepreneur, how do you choose between being focused and being innovative?


During the first year of your entrepreneur's life, you'll realize that you need to switch from creative and innovative brain setup toward a monomanic reduced spirit : You need to focus on the (un)perfect product you have, for more than 100% of your time, in order to get it at customer. How do you then consider constant innovations your co-founder(s) and partners are pushing on a daily basis? You know they are right, so it makes you less confident in the product. How an entrepreneur should cope with that?
