First, many recruiters are just there for the quick buck; so, they are too structured in their recruiting process to please their employer. Thus, they try to play it safe. This is what makes such recruiters only able to land regular talents which they think are great talents. Stereotyping is the culprit that the employers themselves may have contributed to.
With this mentality, what a recruiter could dislike about LinkedIn is if LinkedIn does not stereotype - if LinkedIn does not go by structural hiring or traditional recruiting techniques and evaluation.
