Activity is not a measure of progress!

Monitoring progress in Start-ups

I'd like to share here one of the Video presented by MentorSquare.

MentorSquare recommends a milestone-based approach to start-ups, pointing the fact that if it seems to to be a lot of activity occurring, it does not mean that achievements are yet to come.

This approach will help the entrepreneur and investors to see evolution of the startup.

Do not hesitate to comment here and tell us what you think !

Only tangible results matter. Even if intangible achievements, so called "tacit knowledge" is very important for achieving the tangible results, most people will not be able to see the intangible resources until you achieve tangible results.
